Is this just another new “buzz” word or a legitimate diagnosis that has come to the forefront of our awareness?  For me personally and professionally, trauma is a very real issue that many people, if not most, consciously and/or unconsciously deal with every day.  Trauma does not discriminate among race, gender, age, or socio-economic backgrounds.  Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes…and just because the trauma experienced may not be “BIG”, it is still a very real experience that must be addressed and resolved for success to be realized.  How would you define trauma in your life?
