People have told me I'm good at helping them gain insight into the opposite sex; and also at helping them quickly assess a new date's compatibility. I also can show you how to improve your primary long-term relationship -- the one with yourself.
Together, we will do solution-oriented work, focusing on the here-and-now, and on developing the skills you need to create the life you want. This work will help you discover your deeper self, which is the place where lasting solutions are born.
Overall, my style is warm, engaging, and goal-oriented. I am often told this is a welcome change for those whose previous therapists "didn't say much" or "didn't offer any feedback". And as you can tell from my photo, I've “been around the block” a few times, and have personally known many of life's challenges. In other words – I've been through it, so I can help you go through it.
