Chat Counseling Session

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the View your Appointments button.
3. Click on the Access Chat Area link.
4. The first room in the list is usually where the sessions take place, unless is a group therapy session.

Phone Counseling Session

Just dial the phone number provided to you via e-mail at the time of your counseling appointment.

Audiovisual Counseling Session

1. Read the Video Counseling Online Information and the E-therapy Chat Counseling Information and follow the instructions.
2. Open your chatting/video interface 10 minutes or so prior to your online counseling appointment and follow the instructions from the E-therapy Chat Counseling Information.

E-mail Counseling Session

Send the your e-mail question to the therapist you selected when you purchased the session. Your e-mail will be answered within 24-48 hours. If you still have not received a response, please contact us.
