The information on asktheinternettherapist is designed to complement, not replace, the relationship between a patient and his/her own physician. The asktheinternettherapist blog is hosted by Carol Agnew, M.A. The discussion groups are not moderated, but checked periodically and if posts are disrespectful or dishonest they will be deleted. Computer and Technology Tip: Dust build up can cause the most damage to your CPU or Central Processing Unit -some people also call it just "processor"-. Keep the fan and the fan vents free of dust and debris. If the dust builds up too much, the fan will then slow down, overheat the CPU and damage your hard drive. To avoid this problem dust the fans regularly with a can of compressed air, which you can buy at any office supply store or computer store for $8/6 oz. a can, or wipe it down with a lambs wool duster. Make sure to avoid anything that would create static electricity, which can damage your processor. By doing this you will expand the life of your PC and avoid any trips to the PC doctors.
