Hello and welcome. My intention is to help you move through your current obstacles in the most productive way possible so that you are able to experience more joy and more fulfillment in your life.

I am currently in private practice in NW Arkansas; prior to that, I was in practice in South Florida. I am originally from northern NJ; my background and experience is quite diverse. Before I became a therapist, I was trained and involved in the dance world, both performing and teaching. That was my first love. I have also had a catering business and a line of high end cakes which I sold to restaurants! My undergraduate degree is in English Literature and Education; my masters is in Clinical Social Work.

I work in either a traditional therapy model or a coaching model, depending upon your needs and preference. I work from a holistic perspective, meaning that I take into account all aspects of life and being: physical, emotional, spiritual, social. My interests and studies include holistic health, nutrition, spirituality, eastern religions, self-transformation and law of attraction. I bring this all to bear in my work.
