Individual Psychotherapy - E-therapy
Welcome To My Internet Office,
I look forward to getting to know you and working together as we explore the issues or problems that have caused you to seek counseling at this time. Etherapy will be similar to the process I use when I see clients in my private practice office. In the beginning I will ask a lot of questions to get a thorough understanding of what is happening in your life now. We will discuss and develop a treatment plan and start the work/conversation that will assist you in developing the necessary skills to move forward and lead the productive and satisfying life that you deserve. You will be provided with the knowledge, support, and guidance necessary to help you make better decisions during difficult times.
I provide etherapy to my clients several different ways. Options include Skype (video or audio only), telephone conferencing, secure emailing and chat appointments.
Appointment times can be arranged to meet your busy schedule including weekend hours, mornings and evenings.
Remember... “The future depends on what we do in the present.” (Mahatma Gandhi)
Speak with you soon,
Sandy Eder MA, LCPC
Finding true happiness in life can be difficult and there are times when we do not feel prepared to handle the problems that come our way. My name is Sandy Eder and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in individual psychotherapy with adults to meet their personal, emotional, and mental health needs, to regain control, and to feel more confident in dealing with their life challenges. If your issue is depression, anxiety, stress, repeating old patterns, phobias and fears, grief and loss, relationship problems, developing self esteem/self worth, abuse (physical or emotional), marital discord, adult ADHD, emotional eating, women’s issues, anger management, major life transitions, communication development, codependency, chronic pain, parenting issues, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, or general life coaching, I believe I can be of help.
My psychotherapy and counseling approach is interactive, directive, and solution focused. We will examine your thoughts and behaviors and relate them to how you feel as you live your life. Working from your strengths, I can assist you in developing new coping strategies that will help you to create individual growth and positive life changes. Every effort will be made to give you the necessary support and safety you need to feel comfortable discussing your most personal thoughts and feelings.
