Now, let me put that information into everyday language. Well, all that information simply means is that I like working with everyone - children, adolescents and adults.
We all have times in our lives when we reach
roadblocks and become confused, frustrated or depressed.
These are times when we need to find a way around the roadblock.
Therapy is a way of getting help in finding
the road around the problem.
Internet therapy, counseling, and e-mail consultation
are exciting ways of finding the new road.
There are many techniques and methods I find useful in helping people navigate through their lives. These include: individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychological assessments, educational assessments, crisis counseling, and stress management techniques. Each of these methods provides many different options. You can review these options on my web site, www.talkingdoc.com.
When you contact me, your life will probably not be working the way you want. My job is to help you find the options that will resolve those problems.
I'll be waiting to hear from you!
Dr. Shirley :-)
